If you are incoming freshmen, the following documents are required for admission.

• Original F-138 or Report Card
• Original Good Moral Character
• 4 pcs 2×2 Photo (White Background)
• 2 pcs Photocopied Birth Certificate (NSO)
• 1 pc Long Brown Envelope

The NCST Admissions Office is open from Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm.
